BATON ROUGE, Louisiana, December 09, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) – Lamar Advertising Company (Nasdaq: LAMR), a leading owner and operator of outdoor advertising and logo displays, announces that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $ 1.00 per share and a special cash dividend of $ 0.50 per share, both payable on December 30, 2021, to shareholders of record of the Class A and B common shares of Lamar on December 20, 2021 .
